Return & Exchange Policy

Eligibility for Returns

We want you to love your purchase, but if you are not satisfied, we accept returns under the following conditions:

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
  • The handbag must be unused, in its original condition, and with all tags and packaging intact.
  • Sale items and gift cards are non-refundable.

How to Initiate a Return

To request a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our customer service team at assistance@vicriapigou.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Wait for our confirmation and return instructions.
  3. Ship the item back using a trackable shipping method. The return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defect or incorrect item received.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, a refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item for a different color or style, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item.

Damaged or Defective Items
